About The Hitchhiker’s Guide

The Hitchhiker’s Guide is a collection of reflections and journal entries capturing the journey towards the roots of our faith — the journey to Orthodox Christianity and Roman Catholicism. These blog entries will take you to the road that we’ve traveled — the places we’ve come from, where we may be now, and where we hope to be in years to come.

Because we respect and love those that still remain in the protestant world, we will refrain from discussion that is not fruitful and does not edify our protestant brothers and sisters. With that said, most of our entries and conversations will be centered in on finding our way to the source of our faith, which requires us to look before the reformation and consider the things of old and how they apply to our lives today.

You’re welcome to participate in the discussions; comments are welcome in each posting but you must be a registered user and must have your first comment approved. You are also welcome to republish our postings, but you must first seek out permission from the author and place the necessary credits and a link back to The Hitchhiker’s Guide.

Thank you for stopping by, and please tell your friends and colleagues about this site. God bless you on your journey.
